Status of PADS Sites

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, limited emergency shelter space is available.

New shelter clients are being accepted at this time on a limited basis. Clients must complete an intake process before being eligible to participate in the emergency shelter program.

Intakes are done at the Hope Center on a first come, first served basis.

Coming out of the agency’s strategic plan, JOURNEYS | The Road Home has three main strategic goals:
  • A Robust Transportation System
  • A Year Round Shelter System
  • A Comprehensive Affordable Housing Program

JOURNEYS | The Road Home and COVID-19

COVID-19 has disrupted our everyday lives, and at JOURNEYS, it is no different. We have implemented our own response plan to keep our clients, volunteers, and staff members safe and healthy at the HOPE Center and at all of our PADS Shelter locations hosted by our faith partners.

We are committed to serving th
e members of our community who have no home where they can withdraw away from possible infection and at the same time have increasingly fewer public places in which to go.
