JOURNEYS views its mission statement as a mandate from our community. It is our community that makes the work of helping our neighbors in need possible. It is our community who champions our cause, provides resources, time, and helping hands. In short, JOURNEYS is made of, by, and for our community.
With construction wrapped up on our new building, we've been inspired to think about how JOURNEYS' mission is at work both within and beyond our walls. That's how JOURNEYS | Lives Here was born. The JOURNEYS | Lives Here campaign is all about recognizing and celebrating the individuals and organizations that empower JOURNEYS' mission.
We want to showcase you! Volunteering at a PADS Shelter or at the HOPE Center? Collecting items at your place of worship or business? Attending a JOURNEYS event? Show us how you or your organization is making JOURNEYS' mission possible. Photo Submission Terms
- Each person in the photograph must consent to be photographed and featured in JOURNEYS' social media posts. We advise photos with no more than three people.
- We will not accept photos containing the people you are serving due to privacy issues.
- Submissions must include the full names and contact information of each individual in each photograph as well as the date, location, and a brief description of the service project you are undertaking, and the contact information of the individual submitting the photos.
- The submission of photos does not guarantee that they will be featured on JOURNEYS' social media platforms.
- Submission of photos grants the release of the photos to be used in JOURNEYS' social media posts and other marketing materials.
