JOURNEYS | The Road Home is a non-profit agency that provides shelter, social services, and housing to people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity in 37 towns in north/northwest suburban Cook County and southern Lake County Illinois. JOURNEYS assesses and serves its clients, while broadening community awareness and involvement. The agency consists of PADS Shelters, The HOPE Center supportive services, and Pathways Housing Readiness, providing comprehensive care and support for people in need.
