Your food, clothing, and household donations can go a long way to helping people experiencing homelessness get back on their feet. The HOPE Center kitchen, food pantry, clothing closet, and case managers can utilize a variety of goods to daily provide assistance for individuals and families who come to JOURNEYS for help. In order to most effectively utilize donations, you'll find a few guidelines below.
Needed Items
- Nonperishable food
- Toiletry items (unopened)
- Precooked meals for The HOPE Center kitchen
- Dinner donations for Overnight Shelter
- Items from Amazon Wish List
Items We're NOT Accepting
- Bread and perishable veggies (frozen vegetables are okay)
- Children's clothing or toys (except new underwear still in package)
- Furniture, pillows, and bedding
- Medical supplies
- Business attire
